Return and Refund Policy for Art By Palaz

1. General

At Art By Palaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

As all our products are made to order, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.

2. Right of withdrawal

Although our products are custom-made, Art By Palaz still offers a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days at:

3. Conditions for returns

For a return to be approved, the following must be met:

The item must be returned in its original condition
The item must not have been used or damaged
Original packaging must be included
The item must be securely packaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. Return costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend sending the package with track & trace, as you, as the customer, are responsible for the item until we have received it.

5. Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds typically occur within 5–10 business days after receipt and approval of the item.

6. Complaint

If your item is damaged or faulty, you are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

7. Shipping damage

If your package is damaged upon delivery, it is important that you:

Or refrain from signing, if possible

Then contact us as soon as possible with documentation.

8. Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered, and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping costs for both delivery and return.
