Delivery Policy for Art By Palaz

1. General

At Art By Palaz, all artworks are produced to order to ensure the highest quality and finish.


2. Production Time

Since all products are made to order, the production time is typically:

Up to 5 business days

We always strive to produce and ship your order as quickly as possible.


3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, the expected delivery time is:

1–3 business days (Denmark)

The total delivery time is therefore usually:
5–8 business days


4. Delivery Methods

We deliver exclusively to the address provided at the time of order.

To complete your order, it is therefore a requirement that you specify at checkout where the carrier may leave the package if you are not home at the time of delivery (e.g., carport, terrace, or similar).

This is to avoid an additional delivery cost of DKK 300, which will be charged if the carrier cannot deliver the package and therefore has to return.

By specifying an approved delivery location, you also accept that the package may be left at the address without a signature, and that responsibility for the package then transfers to you as the customer.

5. Express Delivery

We offer express delivery for an additional fee.

When choosing express, your order will be prioritized in production and shipped as quickly as possible.
The precise delivery time depends on the selected product and delivery method.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Order size

  • Delivery method

  • Destination

Any shipping campaigns or free shipping will be clearly indicated on the webshop.


7. Track & Trace

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way.


8. Delays

During periods of high demand, longer delivery times may occur.

We always do our best to inform you if any delays arise.


9. Receipt of Goods

We recommend that you check the package for visible damage upon receipt.

If the package is damaged:

  • Note it upon receipt

  • Or refrain from signing, if possible

Then contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the damage.
